  • Built the financial case for Reddit's data licensing business, driving revenue from $8M → $100M (14× growth) in one year by commercializing Reddit's dataset to GenAI, social listening, and financial firms.
  • Led cloud infrastructure RFP negotiations (AWS hosting/CDN), delivering $23M in COR savings and 90%+ gross margins.
  • Designed Reddit's first stage-gated product investment framework — redirecting $8M from underperforming bets to higher-ROI core initiatives.
  • Identified a ~90% decline in AI translation costs and reallocated capital to global machine translation — driving the platform's fastest international growth and adding ~4M users in 2025.
